    You raise enough points there for a whole new thread, and if you wish to start one I am sure to respond. Unfortunately the organisation of that meeting, as dreadful as it was, is now common place, a prime example being the PCT so-called consultations where everything is arranged to give the responses they want rather than to hear the valid complaints etc. from the floor. However, isn't it very sad for the electorate when party members fall into line and go along with decisions even when they instinctively know them to be wrong? Officers aside, surely it would be better if elected members voted according to their principals, and for the people of their wards, rather than just along party lines.
