Mother relives harrowing death of baby in care of privatised GP service
Seven-week old baby boy died from a lung infection despite repeated calls and visits to a privatised out-of-hours GP service

A representative of Harmoni told the court its investigation into the incident had concluded that two of its doctors had not acted appropriately in treating the baby.
