  Lets try a different senario..... A teenager yells I hate you into a old persons face before violently shoving them to one side. A mother leaves her baby lying in with a dirty nappy for days, forgetting to feed it, discovered by a Health Visitor. Both cases would result in procecutions and would cause swift condemnation, justifiably so. I would not have to look in their eyes to see the guilty one. The evidence is clearly documented, lets just hope justice will be done and that guilt haunts those who carried out this systematic abuse and, equally, those who stood by and allowed it to happen.
