  There is a ready excuse, for this behaviour and for worse, (not that this is going to help) we are only human.
  
  Is there anybody who can say that their life is sorted, that they do all that is asked of them whenever they get the request?
  Is not far more likely that any such person who attempted to state the above as fact would add, "well nearly. If only those around me would do the same!"
  
  I take it, Lesley, that it was the staff member who screamed that unreasonable statement.
  
  In the circumstance where the care-needer stands alongside the care-provider the difference between the two will be most stark:the one in a bed-gown the other in the institution's uniform.
  
  Were we to blow-up the picture and were only able to see the eyes of them both, the faces of them both...and so on. At what point would it become plain as to which was the one in need?
