  Thanks David, I wonder if a review of all staff has taken place, and if so, what has been put in place to ensure that these sick individuals who hold human life in utter contempt are either dismissed or retrained?
  Please, if you have a loved one in hospital, read their notes, check the care plans and ASK QUESTIONS until you get answers, listen to your loved ones and dont be afraid to make an appointment to speak to the Dr or Consultant to discuss the managment and level of care they will need to address their individual needs.
  It is regret that I had to make "a fuss" to ensure that my relatives needs were met, it should be the exception but is now the rule.
