It has to be the worst corner of Dover.
The building that those decrepit paintings are, is I believe the old Shakespeare Hotel and the owner is toying with an application but I have no idea what, or when it may be put in. I would guess that the nearer to work being carried out on DTIZ, he will put his plans in.

Walking along Snargate Street earlier, I noticed builders digging down at the "Historex Agents" building next to Channel Angling.
I wonder if they might find something of old Dover still down there?
In the picture in the first post, it's the building on the left.
