The point being Brian is you are in no position to judge the competence around a process about which you know nothing.
This has clearly been a successful flotation with, as is often the case with successful flotations, a lot of initial froth. The government should be congratulated for handling it well.

Brian - as I have said you have actually no idea at all about the valuation of a business.
This was a highly successful flotation and once the froth has dissipated hopefully the remaining 48% government holding will be worth a lot more to be traded at a considerable profit.
