Local bus fares are very high, for example if i wanted to go by bus into town before 9. 30 am it would cost £1. 40 single so naturally i walk.
The best deals are for people who use the bus regularly, i think it is about £.10 a week for unlimited travel in Dover and £.22 a week for all of East Kent.
Incidentally all the Dover Express billboards around town proclaim that lorries are being banned from the seafront.

I am actually against it ... these People enjoying the view as much as we do for a limited time only. Why wanting to take that away? Also looks very unwelcoming to Tourist. Unless there is a designated area for them to park? Which I doubt it ever happens...
Please rethink before action on the plans... and whoever had that idea is really silly.
