    I wouldn't expect anything other than the truth from you Sue, but all this about laying fallow, doesn't work for other Town Centres; they have flowers every year - many throughout out the year and there is always compost that can be added to add nutrients.

    Bags of compost - 3 for £10 or so and one in each planter (depends of whether the flowers were going in a bed or planter).

    We all look forward to June, but it should not allow the Town to look so dowdy and unwelcoming for so many months.
