    those troughs near the bus stops have always been well kept since i have lived here, the moment the spring bulbs falter up they come and the bedding plants go in.

    even in the winter the shrubbery looks nice.

    when i spotted that today i was taken aback, the only vegetation there were the weeds that i have been ripping out at home.
    worse than market square.
