    Yes I think its just based on revenue per year. Income in. Real Madrid are making more than everyone else yearly and have done for the past 7 years by the looks of it. Before that Manchester Utd were the top revenue makers because when you have a pin up boy star on your books it boosts the revenue bigtime. That particular era is over now for Man U because in their case it was of course David Beckham as pin up boy. However they are still doing pretty good with 'income in' but have lost that top slot for some time now as we said.

    Helen mentions there above team value for the Dallas Cowboys which is probably a different aspect....worth and revenue not quite the same.
