Surely part of the problem with untidy properties that are still council owned is that the council do not enforce their own rules regarding keeping the house in a tidy state.

Yes Sansum, but in those days the surname would be preceded by the title i.e. Nurse Smith or Staff Nurse Jones.

Cheer up. Most people say that about me and my weird sense of humour. Here's some good news it was a balmy spring day over here where temperatures hit 20 degrees centigrade. I cooked the evening meal then went up on the roof garden to soak up the rays.
