  the cynicism here astounds me.
  
  Just because Mr Rix gets a signficant chunk of his cash each year from the harbour board (who supplied all the scaffold for the old train station?), suddenly changes our town councils directions at the 11th hour? no no no ; nothing suspicious at all? other than the fact clearly something most underhand has gone on here. tomorrow night is gonna be interesting.
  
  ps I hear on the grapevine i hear that things are within disarray at the harbour board recently with half the management team resigning?
