    That was what I thought Howard, the whole of this glossy leaflet is pure spin.

    It will obviously please those who are unable to read between the lines about what is the DHB proposed outcome regarding the Prince of Wales Pier, permanent closure to the general public with everything being moved to Admiralty Pier
