People have a different view of how to progress their Town, some have no idea whatsoever, but think they do.
Some have egos that are too big and their involvement in such a grouping is all about their self-esteem, or even what their business can get out of it.
Any such organisation that wants to progress their particular Town, should be inclusive, not exclusive; many people have diferent things to offer and many times personal prejudices get in the way of real progress.
