    It is little wonder that the criminal can drive a coach & horses between, around and through the forces of 'law and order', when the authorities can blithely take action without taking responsibility.
    If 'they' are unwilling to accept 'ownership' of, and therefore responsibility for, acting outwith the docks then plod-ordinaire should accompany them.

    £250's worth of damage does not sound as if the lorry driver knew anything had happened Jennie, but it is good that you were unharmed.
