I haven't posted a picture for a while, so I hope this works! Great to see a new ship joining the Dover fleet. I seem to recall that in addition to the sistership, Spirit of France, currently under construction, P&O also took options for a further two ships. I wonder if they will see the light of day?
This should be an interesting year for the port with a decision due on privatisation. Just to play devil's advocate, forumites will of course know that P&O Ferries is owned by DP World. Interesting to see that foreign investors are willing to invest in the port.
