The Dover Mercury have also done a fabulous write-up appearing tonight on their online version and out in the shops tomorrow.
Sadly Howard my grandmother won't ever recover the use of her left side, and won't be going home. The Nursing Home is her home. They do have a piano there and while she could tinkle with the keys with her right hand she will never truly be able to play again. But at least she is still with us.
I did her make up and scarf for that shot, she was so determined she was going to look good for her photo-call. A very glamorous lady she was in her hey day.
