Once again I am overwhelmed by the generosity and support of local people. I am pleased to announce that all the races are now sponsored and we have plenty of really decent raffle prizes either donated or pledged and on their way to me!!

Both local papers have told me they will be featuring the event this week, and my son has written the Dover Express article as part of his work experience - thank you Kathy, he really enjoyed doing it and is learning a lot!

We've had a good take up of tickets, and there is still room for a few more.
There are just 2 things still keeping me awake
- the weather and knowing how many fish and chip portions to order - if you are planning to come please let me know by Friday so I can make sure you don't go without.
The weather I can't do anything about but Triangles have assured me their heating is on continuously at the moment and it will be lovely and warm inside.
