ok... so it looks like they are in the same situation as we are here in clarendon area, is that right??
Is it not your Job to find a suitable site? You can have play areas on a hill even for accessibles. Its a matter of using Imagination. I have been taught " Everything is possible, its just a matter to put your mind to it!!"
You are the one who have been voted and you have that Job. So I say deal with it in the Interest of the Public.
Thank you for reading and good Night!

Heike's post made me think. As you know I divide my time between Dover and the East Midlands. In Market Harborough there is a playing field with football pitches that has steep slopes around it. They have created a small adventure playground for children aged 8 to teenage using the slopes to make it more exciting. There is a small area with equipment for small children on the flat. It just shows that with a little imagination successful play areas do not have to be all the same.
