I will not forget Priory, Roger and I keep pestering Planning deptment, to see that an enforcement notice be carried out, so far it has taken around 2 years, but will not give up, when planning regulations are breached or broken then the developer or owner of the property should be made to put back to its natural state

sheila,
i hadn't even started on the people the district planning dept and who they ignore.
of course apart from ignoring the general public, they also ignor the town councils.
sheila you are a community leader always around fighting for priory, and because you live so close to howard and he sees you a lot you do tend to become part of the furniture.
keep up the good work

The agreement at the outset was that the Whitfield project to build thousands of homes should have 30% Affordable homes.
Rumour has it the DDC Planning dept/Planning committee ( elected members ) have agreed to the Developers demands that the first phase of building will have zero afforable homes.
Developers always manoeuvre planning departments to their way of thinking.
