    I cannot believe how bad it is becoming in Pencester gardens.So much for the Police short lived campaign for zero tolerance.Theyre not on the streets anymore but back to good ol Pencester gardens.Theres now more than ever and can be seen daily,shouting n swearing and some with vicious dogs too.Maybe ol bill see it as out of sight,out of mind.Just take a look down by the river next time when passing through,or anywhere in the gardens.Fast becoming a real bad situation.
