As far as governments (who run the treasury) are concerned, people do not and cannot get ill or die of traffic pollution.
Hospitals and clinics will not mention traffic pollution, nor will schools, as they depend on State censorship.

People who campaign against smoking will categorically ignore the issue of traffic pollution, because they drive their chemical-polluting vehicles everyday through the public streets poisoning people. End of.

Indeed, my suspicion is that many illnesses and premature deaths caused by traffic pollution are put down to smoking cigarettes, or to passive smoking.

We're talking of State-propaganda, because the treasury heavily depends on petrol tax and other vehicle-related incomes.

Either that , or I must be imagining things when I get grips in the lungs when walking along London Road.
