  rather odd that we try so hard to attract visitors here and this pervert actually "chooses" dover.
  
  i remember starting a thread a while back after discovering a report on bail hostels.
  
  i cannot remember the details but it showed that a large proportion of the residents of these hostels were dangerous people, some a threat to children.
  
  i think it was marek that gave the road which housed one and another poster(might have been sheli) was alarmed over the fact that her children went close by going to and from school.
