    No Alexander, you've just been unlucky, as Peter said it's usually open and with guided tours by the Dover Society on Wednesdays (unless details have recently changed)

    Howard, I can't see DHB being interested in the toilet needs of day visitors to the seafront, more a DTC and DDC concern for their tourism strategies, hence why I said it probably needs too much co-ooperation between various bodies.
