  this is the same group of people that promised that when they came to power in dover all these things would change.
  the old town gaol open, the museum getting investment, the grand shaft opened regularly.
  
  the truth is the opposite.
  
  the staff at the museum must be at overstretched point.
  i only go to the family days nowadays, the stuff they supply for the kids to knock up montages with can only
  come from their own homes, stuffing from old mattresses etc.
  
  they supply the materials, the kids make an almighty mess, while actually learning something, then the staff have the task of cleaning up the mess of paste, bits of wool and the like.
  
  the whole thing has to be masterminded by the boss person, who then has to "run our tourist industry".!!
  
  this sort of thing is never on the DDC website or reported on in the local press.
