    Ridiculous idea ! Another americanism. I think we've managed pretty well for the last few hundred years without needing any of this nonsense, and bear in mind that the most divisive people in this country are the government who demonise minorities, and give some ethnic or religious groups priority over others. As for freedom of speech, don't get me started...
