    You can still use that Howard , but I agree with Jan and Kath there are a variety of plants that could survive given the limited water avaliable , the drought and its effects have been publicised long enough . Other towns seem to be able to manage something . I remember a few months ago being told on here "just wait and see " when the last discussion about the market square and its planters reared it head . Well I have and there is nothing to see except empty containers
