  Thanks to Mr Connell, Mr Matcham, Mr Dixon, Mr Pritchard, and Mr Wells (I mean Paul) for all the information.
  My late mother in law was Mrs Hollingsbee! - I am just Kath. Definitely NOT 'Are you being served' now.
  Having my own business in the 1960s I did not use Christian names, the same when I worked for a Lincoln solicitor, it was just not done.
  But now I am retired I can please myself !!! But difficult to get used to sometimes.
