  Peter you're right but this is current transport plan has only been forwarded this week. They currently don't have an approved plan let alone a scheme to deliver the roads. So on the basis of your timing supposition, perhaps in a fortnight.
  
  In the meantime one or two of the three current hospitals has to go to provide sufficient expertise & training for doctors. After all it's only our lives. So the question will still remain, Ashford, Canterbury or Thanet.
  
  Buckland & Folkestone have already been sacrificed.
