    When Jean and I bought the Linden all those years ago, we had to go on a basic food hygene course (we were only doing breakfasts (no, not dog's breakfast !), so that's why it was a basic course).
    It does make you aware of handling food and how and where to store it. Should be common sense, but there' not much of that left nowadays.
