  We had very early copies only just released from the warehouse - it will be stocked by Dover Museum and Castle, and I hope that it will be stocked by WHSmiths, I'll try and find out

  WH Smith & Waterstones have ordered the book centrally but we won't know which branches specifically have been supplied
  
  Both do offer an ordering service so will be able to get it in

  I have carefully thumbed through mine and now put them away as they are Christmas presents.
