    "People grumble about DDC/KCC, that they don't do this, they don't do that, why isn't this done etc. etc. but when it comes down to being able to ask all those questions, they turn down that opportunity - why?"

    For me it is a case of why bother, they do not listen just there as a PR exercise. Many of the elderly, me included, do not like going out in the evening and many of the young have better things to do after a hard days work.
