I'm no lib dem fan, but the point the guy weas trying to make was the way the country is heading in general terms on what can remain secret and how tHis law can be abused.
The gent was on tv again today quoting about a family member was using the same law to secretly jail another family member, plus other such cases.
so whilst we may not be interested in the actual quoted story of this footballer, the wider implications we may have an interest in

Unless there are really important mitigating reasons this gagging action should only be used in cases of national security.

If theese so called celebrities didnt cheat on there wives there would be no problem , if most of theese people behaved they would not need expensive gagging orders . They should only be needed in cases of sercurity .
