The Information Commissioner said the DfE must now release the information or justify its refusal to disclose it..........
.......perhaps its with the risk register...............the DfE has 28 days to appeal......watch this space.......
DfE spokesman said ``The act of deleting emails is no evidence of wrongdoing...........no ofcourse not.........
.........the NOTW said the same so it must be true........
