  im convinced now that our alexander is baffling himself.
  I have tried to follow/suggest ideas, alexanders postings, but now i can see alexander is a lone player, and the minister im sure will rrecognise this.
  
  one thing all the govt depts love is local involvement in local bids.
  
  I still find it very very strange that anyone who says they have the heights at heart, goes off alone putting a case unknown to anyone else, to a minister or some unknown person without first getting everyone that can make a difference to be part of a bid.
  
  having been involved myself in man-y bids over the years im aware its important to share your views with as many people as possible and get support for the bid with other people.
  
  going alone will end in failure
