    #38 - Still have no idea who you are saying is "making a decision for us", or who you are presenting to or who you area appealing for money from or who's decision you are awaiting ??

    There are certainly no secrets to the problems of the Western Heights, they are already high profile with the "Heritage at Risk Register" and KCC and DDC and lot of other bodies, but its the MONEY that is the issue...
