    Jeff,
Paul's posts above are comprehensible, but yours is not!
I haven't got a clue where you get the ideas from, that I have contacted an Israeli bank or DHB regards Western Heights.
I have nothing to do neither with Israeli banks, the West Bank, nor any contract with DHB.

Thought this had been made clear in my previous post on this thread.
The only people I know of who have contacts with an Israeli bank to fund Western Heights and Farthingloe, is CGI, and that is to build settlements in these two areas.

Going on to Paul's posts, yes Paul, someone is making a decision for us. An important decision, with regards to regeneration for Dover, and Dover includes Western Heights.
As stated in the previous post, without any proper information, how could that person make an informed decision? They need to know what needs funding, where generation needs to be applied in Dover, and funded.

So to have included the presence of a Scheduled Ancient Monument in my outline presentation, seems to be appropriate.

I don't know if DHB have done this too, but I strongly doubt it. As for DPPT, again I cannot say.
So the person making the decision will certainly know about Western Heights, as well as some other examples of needed regeneration in Dover, from my outline presentation, which they will either have already read, or will be reading.

So the ultimate decision regards funding for Dover's regeneration, in which I have included Western Heights as an example in need of funding, does not depend on us now.
For this reason I am awaiting the outcome of the decision.
