  Whether it be Lottery or DHB or Mr Cameron or the Israeli Bank, you need business cases, project plans, professional achaeoogical and architectural reports, all costing thousands of pounds before you get a chance of being taken seriously.
  
  Presumably with your plans to secure these millions of pounds to restore the heritage, you are now happy with the concept of tens and hundreds of thousands of visitors a year, and the associated infrastructre requirements to make it possible? Only with a considerable payback of vistors and proof of it being self-funding will anyone want to hand over any money.....
