    thanks for keeping the forum informed paul but i have to say it would be more pertinent when the second set of proposals are presented to ddc.

    the way i see it the present plans will not even get close to being passed in their present form.

    it's all a bit of a middle eastern haggle, cgi have to do the best by their shareholders by giving as little money away as they can.

    some very influential people are posting on this thread and cgi will be following it closely without showing their hand which suggests that sweeteners wil be offered in their second set of plans.
