    This is the day of the event in Pencester so I hope Pc Tutthill gets a good turnout. It is usually busy around Pencester at that time of day betyween 11.30am and 1.30pm, so he is in a good spot to capture some of the populace going about their daily chores. Getting out there to meet the people has to be the way.
