    Yes there is something sort of odd about the place..maybe more mystical than magical... it attracts the arty farty types so they can be at one with nature for the furtherance of their art. Not sure if there are many plusses though living next to a Nuclear Power Plant..but having said that, in a way its shame that it will be going soon as its not on the governments list for upgrading due to its proximity to water and tidal fluctuations.
