If i'm honest im more confused over alexanders posts now, than when this thread first started.
to sum up what i think alexanders hasaid;
1; no building at all on the western heights
2; millions to be spent on western heights(but no idea where dosh comes from)
3; D.H.B. and its privatisation bid will save the day as it will put dosh into the
western heights?(but on the other hand alexander opposes the privatisation so
not sure how that works
4; alexander appears to have some secret plan which he doesnt want to share
5; best place to put all these ideas would have been the public meeiting but
alexander delined to attend
it all baffles me, im sure in amongst all this there are some reasonable answers

You are certainly not alone - the more this thread goes on there more I think all Alexander is just in it to stir, and even if he really does care about the matter if/when CGI plans are all rejected he will wipe his hands of it....

I think in the interests of peace and tranquility and so as not to do peoples heads in any further..I suspect I will be doing most guys a favour by closing this thread.
Started off as a great honest debate and very enjoyable, but its like a dog chasing its tail now... a number of guys have requested we make this move.
And likewise on the other one re the meeting too.
