Thank you.
We had no further snow overnight but there is still a lot on the ground. I bumped into this charming fella (although I think he's a she) at the City of London cemetery earlier today (and bought her a ham roll

) It really made my day.

is that the cemetary in ilford?
if so, the area has been running alive with urban foxes since the eighties.
very hard to get good pics like that of them though.

ah very nice pictures there Jeane..foxes are always a photogenic subject but very hard to get good pictures of them..so well done with the above. very attractive shots.
Colin I think Andrew was talking about the frontpage there as he mentioned the snow on the beach. I have seen snow on the beach a few times now but yes its quite rare..almost as rare as hen's teeth, well perhaps not quite.

Thanks PaulB. Great to see the pics of snow on the beach.
Yes Howard it's Ilford/Manor Park way. I have seen this particular fox 3 or 4 times now, she seems very tame. She is a star though, even made the Beeb and the Times websites earlier this year when I fed her a jacket potato!

Thanks Jeane - they're lovely photos. I know foxes can be cruel when looking for food, but urban foxes seem to have become so tame and they're such beautiful animals.

Yeah Roger thats why the Tories intend allowing the return of Fox Hunting for all the Horaah Henrys.

Lovely photos Jeane.

Great pictures Andrew, and worth the wait. Take the road signs out of the middle one, and you could visualise a Victorian stagecoach coming down the lane.
