I know someone who is stuck on the A2 at Lydden - the road is blocked. Not sure if my client will make it to me this afternoon from Canterbury, best he does not even try.

Just travelled from Deal to Ashford in about an hour and a half...
Deal - Dover road was very slow and the Dover side very slowy from belowing off of the fields (KCC can do little about this!!)
Duke of Yorks roundabout blocked as traffic couldn't go up A2 so was all turning back round and down Jubillee Way
Most of A20/M20 to Ashford down to one lane. Coastbound one big queue from junction 9 at Ashford all the way down to the Channel Tunnel

I got to Snaregate st this morning 06-45, traffic at a standstill and turned back by police, ( it was like operation stack but in reverse
) Tried Folkestone rd way but only got as far as Hougham, turned round and went home.
