the news has come through that the reds have elected a leader to combat the incumbent blues at the district council.
thankfully it did not come down to fisticuffs this time.

yep both leader and dep leader(sue jones) would not have been my choice
but with only 13 cllrs not much to choose from

didn't know that sue jones got the deputy leaders job, there was talk of her getting the leadership automatically when gordon took his seat at the top table in maidstone.
