    You might be like myself have a Beko Fridge/Freezer as you have heard on the news over the few days a small number of them have court on fire and in one of the fires a man died.the Beko customer help-line is not open today,it is open from 0900hrs Monday till FRIDAY.
    But they have a email service@beko.co.uk.You will need your Model number and Serial Number you will find this inside your Fridge.I do hope this is a help to any of you.#

    Vic Matcham I have now sent off my email to them please do the same.
