At present UKIP hasn't made manifest a socialist-orientated programme, for instance guaranteeing workers' rights and how much a minimum salary should be.
Once they started campaigning for workers' rights and for wage guarantees that are acceptable, Labour should implode.

My guess is Keith S has seen this coming, has diligently left Labour some time back, and may well be followed by swathes of other people who used to believe in Labour.

Most people who voted for Labour did so because their granddad did, but that was when Labour relied on the Unions.
    Now that's all gone.
When Milliband went to the Police to report the Unions for something they hadn't done in Falkirk, his reputation went with it.

The Unions are looking elsewhere now.
So yes, Keith S was right in leaving Labour long ago.
