Too traumatic for the rest of us too, if the wind should blow

.
One instance where I'd really rather not know the answer, whether it's blowing in the wind or no!

a few forum members present this afternoon , politicos chris(aycliffe avenger) precious and keith(cobbled together) sansum were clearly hatching a plot of some sort.
yhere we have "big" phil eyden, maggie(dover war memorial project) stephenson-knight and brian (are you looking for trouble) dixon.
first time i have actually met maggie after all this time, she and her husband simon are very committed to dover even though they live far away.

still haven't worked out what was going on here, maybe someone present could enlighten us?
this was more of a family shot, the two young ladies in the centre going back are mel's sisters.
the two impish girls at the front read out poems during the ceremony that they had written themselves.

the newly again weds in conversation with the vicar, i can never remember his name.
enthusiastic chap, was at the forefront of the good friday procession this year.
phil was so enthused by the vicar that you can see him here enquiring how he can go about taking holy orders.
normally one associates him more with last orders.

not had any messages, i always return calls.
incidentally whose baby was it that delayed the award ceremony on thursday, her holiness the mayor handed it to a lady in the audience?

It was such a lovely again-wedding, with a moving and very nice service, and then a fun reception afterwards. It's great that Mark and Mel got their special day, and this time with their charming little family around them too! The whole thing was marvellous, and Mel looked lovely in that very special dress!
It was so nice to meet old friends - and make new ones too! and also finally to meet in person some forumites whom we've met only on screen before. Hurrah!
The Rev Bawtree talked about the happy newly-again weds and the celebration in the early service this morning, too.

Mel clearly outdid herself in organising the renewal and it was all worth it. Nice to see her and Mark looking so happy (if somewhat exhausted) and it was good to catch up with Maggie, Simon, Phil and others and meet new people as well. A great day all round and thanks to Mel and Mark for including us.
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.
