    My point, Philip, was mainly that if a former poster on here could be sacked and in a way victimised for perceived racism on twitter, why is this different? It matters very much that we talk about race and disability but not to promote a victim culture, more to empower a traditionally victimised social group. I am not, in this thread, commenting on whether that eejit in Essex was right ot wrong - I am asking a question in the hope of a decent conversation about it.

    Paul - let's see what happens!!!!!

    Perhaps tin hats could be on stand by...
